One Team Vanilla account for every Soldier Front Legacy server: what it keeps, how servers see you, and what to do when you forget your password.

#One account, every server

You make one Team Vanilla account in the game, and it is the account on every server: Team Vanilla's own and every community server. Joining a new server never starts you over.

Team Vanilla keeps, for every server alike:

What a community server adds of its own (its own weapons, maps and characters, your role and any ban there) stays on that server. See Yours and Team Vanilla's.

#Signing in

• A username and a password, nothing else. There is no email address on an account.
• A server never sees your password. When you join, your game shows the server a short-lived ticket Team Vanilla signed for that server alone, and the server checks it itself. A server never learns your username: it knows you by your account number and your code name.
• Keep me signed in keeps the sign-in in the game's folder (session.dat), protected by Windows for your user alone.

#Rank and XP

There are 75 ranks, from Private (0) up. XP is the same on every server: the same pay for the same match, and one daily limit for all servers together. You can climb at most 25 ranks in a day, counted from midnight UTC; past that no more XP is earned that day, but SP keeps coming. Below the limit, XP has no cap.

Every rank climbed gives a Duffle Bag (rewards).

#Forgot your password

Team Vanilla's staff restore it: contact a member of Team Vanilla on the Soldier Front Legacy Discord. There is no email reset. Staff set a temporary password, and you choose a new one in the game.

#Who sees where you are

Your friends see whether you are on and where (a lobby, a room, a match), and can join you there, unless you choose otherwise (Options, Game, or the Friends window). A soldier you block cannot find you in any search, and neither of you can join a room the other is in (two members of one clan in a Clan War channel's room excepted).
